GET PLANNING!
After establishing your destination(s), budget, and dates, and upon the payment of the planning fee, you should expect to receive a proposal within a few days. The proposal will include a preliminary itinerary and an outline of places of interest tailored to your preferences and criteria. No proposal or suggestions are take it or leave it. We will discuss any modifications to ensure you are loving your itinerary.

BOOKED!
After your approval of the itinerary, you'll receive curated hotel and sightseeing suggestions within your initially approved budget. All hotels are meticulously chosen, and tours, guides and drivers are vetted to ensure they meet the standards of your personalized trip. I work directly with all hotels and their sales teams to accommodate any special requests, arrange VIP treatment, and provide exclusive perks and amenities for our clients.

After booking the main components of your trip, we'll address miscellaneous arrangements, such as restaurant reservations, fine-tuning your itinerary, arranging travel insurance, discussing entry requirements, and handling any other details to ensure your trip is seamless.

A: The more information you provide about your preferences, expectations and budget, the better and more suitable options I can send you. If you aren't happy with hotel suggestions or itinerary, I offer up to 5 revisions to your itinerary.
